How long does a session last for?

Sessions last for 1 hour. This gives us plenty of time to get you completely warmed up, take you through our pre-designed drills and circuits and then complete a thorough cool- down. Short breaks are also integrated into this time.

What will you be doing?

You will be doing individual weight bearing exercises, structured drills and circuits. You will also carry out team drills where you will be working alongside other Bootcampers. We use all the opportunities that the outside environment gives us. Steps, ramps, poles, hills, mounds even trees and gates are used to fully utilise our environment.

What is the vibe?

The atmosphere at Bootcamp is always positive. We have fun, lots of laughs and help each other through every session. It is challenging but we want you to enjoy exercise, there is no point doing anything which you don’t enjoy.

Who is Bootcamp for?

Everyone we hope. From people who have low fitness levels to those who are very fit. We can modify our program to suit most levels of fitness.

We also design the sessions to complement the training of runners and sporting competitors, giving them a multifaceted approach to athletic conditioning.

Injuries are also looked after. Specific conditions will be discussed before commencing training. Many injuries, aches and pains reduce and resolve after commencing training with us as we include comprehensive functional training, flexibility and weak-link training to make you stronger and more stable.

  • Health & Safety questionnaire (first attendance)
  • Trainers
  • Tracksuit bottoms/shorts
  • T-shirt
  • Jumper tracksuit top
  • Gloves
  • Waterproofs if the weather is not so good
  • Drink/bottle of water
